Welcome to Mondi Hadera

Mondi Hadera was founded at the end of 1999 as Neusiedler Hadera Paper, a company jointly owned by the Austrian paper company Neusiedler (50.1%) and American Israeli Paper Mills Ltd. (49.9%). In order to form the partnership, all white paper operations in American-Israeli Paper Mills (totalling $115 million) were separated from the company and transferred to Neusiedler Hadera. In 2004, the company’s name changed to Mondi Business Paper Hadera and in 2008 to Mondi Hadera, as part of a rebranding initiative. Mondi Hadera manufactures, imports and markets a variety of office, scholastic and printing papers targeted at the local market and export, mostly to Europe, through the Mondi marketing infrastructure.

Since the establishment of the new company, Mondi Hadera has increased its sales to export markets by about a third of its total manufacturing capacity, and has increased the manufacturing productivity of the paper machine (machine 7) by approximately 40%, without any significant investment. Current production totals about 130,000 tons a year. The majority of the company's activities comprise manufacturing and marketing office paper in small packages (A4 paper to the local market and to export markets in Europe and all over the world).

The company imports a variety of paper types (primarily coated paper) from world-leading distributors, complementing its local market sales with a complete range of printing and writing papers. The company handles all logistical operations involved with exporting A4 paper manufactured on site to Mondi Uncoated Fine Paper customers in Europe and worldwide.
