Mondi Štětí a.s. is a leading manufacturer of high grade Sack Kraft and Kraft Papers, as well as a major European supplier of corrugated case materials and market pulp.

Mondi Štětí a.s. is located in Štětí, on the banks of the Elbe River, 40 kilometres north of Prague. The production of pulp at the site began in 1949, under the name of “Sepap”, which soon became well known in the industry. In subsequent decades the name and ownership of the mill changed several times. In the years following voucher privatisation, Austrian-based Frantschach Group acquired the mill in its entirety. Thanks to major investments to boost capacity and improve product quality, Mondi Štětí a.s. now annually produces more than 500,000 metric tons of pulp, paper and board of world-class quality that are sold on all continents.
