We are committed to continuous improvement via the Diamond for Growth strategy. A number of standardised enhancement processes and tools used intensively throughout Bag Converting are implemented.
In addition to our Six Sigma approach – which has been an integral part of achieving significant process improvements since 2002 – we have implemented methodologies geared to sustainable opportunities for improvement. A structure that allows best practice sharing, pro-active improvement steps and quick formation of teams for prompt and efficient problem solving was put in place. We train our employees to be skilled in the necessary processes, keeping a strong client focus and emphasising consistent quality. Our IT landscape supports numerous logistic and financial processes and allows monitoring of production processes. Detailed data on every production order is available in real time from our machinery for analysis. Standardisation enables us to benchmark across our plants and present one face to our customers at almost every unit of our division.
