These paper bags are based on a flexible packaging concept. They hold large and rigid goods and protect products from scratches or other damage, while reducing packaging volumes significantly.

During transportation and storage, the content is well protected by a special paper on the inside that avoids scratches on the surface of the product. Compared to PE bubble bags and wooden or cardboard packaging, the protector bag is a less costly and less bulky packaging solution, and it leaves no packaging traces (e.g. plasticisers) on the product. Protector bags substantially lower costs, and guarantee a volume reduction of up to 2/3 over conventional solutions which saves space and in turn decreases freight and storage costs. Protector Bags can be optionally equipped with handles for quicker and easier handling, or with special anti-corrosion protection. The concept is already well established on the market, e.g. in the automotive industry, where Protector Bags are, for example, used for packaging grills, bumpers, side windows and doors.
