Our Pinch Bottom Bags are available in all thinkable material combinations and can be supplied either as pinch top with hot melt for optimal closure or alternatively as flat top to be sewn closed by the customer.
Besides offering advantages for production, due to easy filling and easy palletisation, the pinch bottom also provides an attention-grabbing square surface, which enables the products to be presented attractively. To optimally preserve the produce, our packaging solutions are available with either a PE coated inner ply, a free film between the paper plies, or greaseproof paper, which can make up the inner and/or the outer ply of the bag. |
Exceptionally high-quality flexo print in up to 10 colours as well as rotogravure print ensure the optimal presentation of your brands. Combined with a multitude of additional gloss features, such as UV varnish, high-gloss varnish or our innovative lamination with PET, your products will be a striking appearance at the point of sale.
The innovative transparent PET laminated as outer layer of our Pinch Bottom Bag not only provides an even better print result, but also offers a constant anti-slip property, better protection of the ink against mechanical aggressions and a better oxygen and water vapour protection of the content, at a very competitive prize.
