Category Manager, Premium Office Paper

Your responsibilities:

• Initiating marketing related key actions to improve the performance of the 3 product groups within your category (colour laser paper, premium multifunctional office paper and tinted paper)
• Development of portfolio strategies to adapt to evolving market needs
• Alignment of marketing activities across countries and several stakeholders
• Active involvement with sales to manage prices and portfolio across countries
• Self dependent Management of cost savings projects
• Realization of international marketing campaigns in close cooperation with agencies
• Tracking of the category’s performance and developing actions to correct developments
• Coordination of market research to assess market potentials and track competitive behaviour
• Responsibility for two team members

Our requirements:

Languages:

• Excellent command of English and German (any other language is an asset)

Education:

• University degree in business administration, economics or equivalent

Experience:

• Approx. 5 years experience in product management as well as B2B-Marketing (ideally gained in an international company)

Other:

• Perfect MS-Office knowledge
• Communicative and open minded personality in order to be able to work closely with colleagues across all countries/departments
• Capacity to work under pressure and independently
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to set priorities, goals, and specific action for all products within a market segment
• Hands-on character, creative and solution oriented attitude
