This includes a particular focus on human rights due to our presence in a number of countries of concern.  It also ensures that we implement fair labour practices at all our sites, that we treat our employees in all locations and at all levels with respect and consideration, and that we comply with all applicable laws and industry standards.

Our standards assure every employee of equal treatment, and provide everybody with access to the training and educational opportunities they need to progress their careers most effectively.
