Targets and performance

We recognise that the principle of continuous improvement is fundamental to good practice in the area of sustainable development.

We have systems in place at Mondi to ensure that we commit to continuous improvement in both our management of sustainability issues and in our sustainability performance. To this end, Mondi sets annual public sustainability targets and objectives in all our key areas.

These targets take into account public commitments, significant risks, legal and other requirements presented by sustainability issues. Progress towards these targets is monitored on a regular basis to ensure that they are met by the targeted date.
