The primary community health concerns for our South African employees and communities are malnutrition and HIV/AIDS. Other health issues of concern are pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), malaria, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, hypertension, and alcohol and other substance abuse. Multi-drug resistant TB is a particular concern and threatens to produce a public health crisis. » Read more
