With regards to the growing trend of healthier living and eating of consumers, these findings are of major importance.

The graph below shows the difference between microwave steam cooking and traditional cooking, for selected vegetables, with respect to Vitamin C retention. The figures speak for themselves: in some cases microwave steam cooking preserves nearly twice as much vitamin C as other traditional cooking methods.
