2011 Hungaropack Awards

Mondi Békéscsaba won the HUNGAROPACK Awards 2011 for high-quality flexo printed pet food packaging.

Mondi Békéscsaba participated at the HUNGAROPACK packaging competition and received the award for high-quality flexo printed products made in Hungary. The awarded product is the pre-made bag for pet food, marketed as ‘Avenal Dog Alta Energia 20 kg’ by Racoes Avenal in Portugal. The bag was submitted to the contest together with Integraf Digiflex Kft., the producer of the printing plates. The packaging features an exceptional high-quality flexo print with three black colours and top-quality gold metal ink, giving the product a luxurious and eye-catching appearance. “We are proud to have won the HUNGAROPACK award, as it proves our excellent printing capabilities as well as the great knowledge and competences of our employees that made such outstanding results possible”, Sandor Kardos, Managing Director of Mondi Békéscsaba states. Mondi has participated in the past few years at the Hungarian packaging competition and was awarded already several times. The HUNGAROPACK jury contains of authorities, associations, representatives of professional media and other companies. The jury members score each submitted packaging material based on different aspects, such as design, raw material, functionality, innovation, quality and many more.
