Green facts
	Extended shelf-life	Easy Seal is highly resistant and keeps the filling material firmly inside the bag even if it is roughly handled. This caracteristic does not deteriorate during longer storage periods and therefore results in the extended shelf-life of the filling good.
	Biodegradable	The biodegradability/compostability of Easy Seal is now fully certified. The valve coating fully decomposes during the compositing process. Certified according to EN 13432 (European requirements for packaging recoverable through composting and biodegradation) Easy Seal can be composted within 12 weeks in an industrial composting facility

		Products featuring the OK compost label are guaranteed as biodegradable in an industrial composting plant. This applies to all components, inks and additives. The reference point for the certification programme is the harmonised EN 13432 standard. Any product featuring the OK compost logo therefore complies with the requirements of the EU Packaging Directive.

Accelerated production process	The sealing time is greatly reduced because Easy Seal only requires a small amount of energy and time for it to seal securely. Customers benefit from a significantly increased hot tack value in comparison with standard coatings. The coating also stands out on account of its non-adhesive property, which prevents an unwanted blocking of the valve ahead of the actual filling process. As a result, the filling and sealing process can be carried out smoothly and without downtime. Easy Seal is therewith ideally suited for rapid filling processes, while being energy-efficient and cost-effective and thus conserving resources.
Universal applicability	Easy Seal is available for all valve bags and is optimally suited for chemicals, building materials, food and even dangerous goods. Easy Seal even meets the strictest hygiene standards for food packaging thanks to certification in accordance with DIN EN 15593. Reliable valve sealing is particularly important in the case of dangerous goods, since products must not leak during normal transportation conditions. As a result of the valve’s universal applicability, customers only require one solution for their valve bags instead of diverse variants according to the application.
Reliable protection	The special coating on the inside of the valve has been specifically developed for powdery substances. Even if powder residues stick to the valve surface, the valve seals tightly right through to the edges and reliably protects the content. Easy Seal is highly resistant and keeps the filling material firmly inside the bag even if it is roughly handled. A strong long-lasting seal to rely on.
Environmental contribution	The Easy Seal solution is also able to offer an unbeatable plus in terms of sustainability. The coating of the valve’s interior dissolves completely during the course of the recycling process and, in contrast to valves with PE coating, does not leave any residue behind.
