The one-ply bag concept that works
ONE, the one-ply bag for high-speed filling of powdered goods. The bag is made of unbleached 110g/m2 or bleached 120g/m2 paper. High-performance paper allows for both a significant reduction of material and a high-strength bag. The high stiffness and porosity values of the bag make for fast and clean filling with top performance on the filling spout.
Thanks to less material being used, ONE offers a reduction in cost compared to the traditional two-ply concept. And with up to 25% lower grammage the bag is a resource-effective packaging solution.
ONE and ONEPlus with a biodegradable film are OK Compost certified.

One-ply now with barrier
The one-ply concept is the answer to our clients’ needs, both to have top performing bags and to reduce their costs. After we successfully introduced our ONE Bag on the market, the next logical step was to find a one-ply equivalent to today’s standard two-ply barrier bags. ONEPlus provides the advantages of ONE, but also has a PE moisture barrier. Various European cement producers have switched to ONEPlus and are already enjoying the cost-saving benefits of using less material.

The ONE-ply concept is now also available in a fully certified biodegradable version. ONE made from one ply of paper and ONE Plus featuring a biodegradable film are both available as a fully compostable packaging solution thanks to the usage of biodegradable materials (paper, film, ink and glue).

Products featuring the OK compost label are guaranteed as biodegradable in an industrial composting plant. This applies to all components, inks and additives. The reference point for the certification programme is the harmonised EN 13432 standard. Any product featuring the OK compost logo therefore complies with the requirements of the EU Packaging Directive. |
The excellent filling properties of ONE make this bag a top choice for fine and powdery bulk materials, especially in the cement and building material industry as well as in the food & feed, chemical and minerals industries. ONE is suitable for packaging units up to 35 kg and supports high speed filling.
