Proposed Demerger of Mpact Limited (the former name for Mondi Packaging South Africa Limited)

At the Mondi Limited General Meeting held on Thursday, 30 June 2011 at 12.00 p.m. (South Africa), and the Mondi plc General Meeting held on Thursday, 30 June 2011 at 11.00 a.m. (United Kingdom) (the "Meetings"), all of the resolutions proposed at the Meetings were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
