Your mission

  • Organise and schedule meetings with external business partners and internal stakeholders including executive management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including air/rail/car travel, accommodation, visa and itinerary
  • Submit travel expense reports
  • Track business proposals in our data base
  • Manage data service subscriptions
  • Maintain the team’s intranet page
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and errands or additional support to leaders as required

Your profile

  • A genuine interest in administration, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and discretion
  • A team player, with outstanding interpersonal skills, time and priorities management
  • At least five years of experience in providing administrative support to organisations and executives
  • Very good English language skills, German language skills will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Other similar qualifications, same chances. We are open to individual careers.

Our offer

  • An inspiring position in our Group Corporate Development department
  • Start: November/December 2024
  • Location: Group office Vienna, Marxergasse 4a, 1030 Vienna – Take a virtual walk through our office!
  • Duration: limited to 18 months, with an option to extend by 6 months
  • Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
  • We offer a compensation package starting at € 55,000.00 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
