Ad/Vantage TrayWrap
Ad/Vantage TrayWrap is Mondi’s paper alternative to plastic tray wrapping, with outstanding stretch and high-tensile strength.
What can we pack?
- Brick shaped products: Aseptic cartons / Solid board boxes / Coffee vaccumm packs
- Cylindrical shaped products: Cans / Bottles / Jars
TrayWrap can be used for folding boxes.
Ad/Vantage StretchWrap
Load stability without plastic. Ad/Vantage StretchWrap replaces conventional plastic stretch film for securing palletised loads of wrapped boxes on dedicated machinery from PaperWrap.
Made with 100% kraft paper that is made from fresh Nordic fibres, contains no plastic or coating and delivers an outstanding 11% stretch and high-tensile strength, even in the low grammage of 70 gsm.
Benefits:
- Tensile strength: provides puncture and breakage resistance
- Stretch: crucial for transportation when dynamic forces are applied, it provides the "cushioning" for the wrap and prevents the paper from tearing
- TEA (tensile energy absorption): combines tensile strength and stretch, which is the ultimate parameter for pallet wrapping
Investment in dedicated machinery: Machinery producers such as PaperWrap, Robopac, Tosa Group, and Acmi have increasingly extended their offering to paper pallet wrapping.
Ad/Vantage MF Wrap
Ad/Vantage MF Wrap is one of the strongest paper grades in the Ad/Vantage portfolio and is used for reel and tray wrapping, including transporting beverages.
Ad/Vantage MF White Pulp Wrapping
Ad/Vantage MF White Pulp Wrapping paper has high strength properties, designed specifically for wrapping bales of white pulp.
Ad/Vantage SpringPack Plus
Mondi's strongest paper grade, Ad/Vantage SpringPack Plus offers high tensile strength and excellent stiffness, ideal for high-speed converting machines.
In 2022, Mondi launched Hug&Hold, the only paper-based sleeve and handle concept on the market to replace collation shrink film for PET bottles. The sleeve is made of Ad/Vantage SpringPack Plus and holds enough weight to strap and stabilise bottles during transport.
Eco/Vantage Kraft Pro
Soft calendered paper with up to 20% recycled content and product features including high strength, excellent printability and closed loop possibilities for retailers.
