Your application arrives via our digital recruiting tool. Our talent acquisition team and hiring managers will screen your application during the following days.
We will contact you via phone or email to set up an interview - online or in person. Haven't heard from us? Proactively reach out to us! We do our best but we are not immune to an unforeseen sickness leave or technical error.
We will set up a second interview with an extended round of interviewers to give you the chance to get to know your potential team members. Probably, you will have to prepare a business case or presentation.*

You just accepted an exciting new job at Mondi? Congratulations! We want to support you in having a great start at Mondi. Here's what to expect for your onboarding:
You will receive a welcome email including all relevant information for your start at Mondi. Additionally, your manager will get in touch with you to plan your first days.
You will be greeted with a small welcome gift and participate in an onboarding session in which you will learn all about Mondi, our tools, platforms and your contact persons. Your department provides you with individual onboarding / training throughout your first weeks and months.
From your first day on, your buddy will accompany you through your first year at Mondi. This colleague is here for you for any company-related questions. In order to be transparent about your goals and constantly receive and give feedback, your manager will set up and conduct a performance development review with you, which guides you through the year.
