What is your typical work day like?
On a typical day, you always end up doing something other than what you expected in the morning. It’s a fast pace with a combination of planned and unplanned things, a variation of operative and strategic tasks. But a typical day usually includes meetings, review agreements, management issues and participation in various projects.
What are your colleagues like?
Great! What I appreciate especially is the non-hierarchical way we work. We treat each other with trust and respect and can talk about pretty much anything. I would say that my colleagues are as social and friendly, as they are professional.
What’s your secret talent?
If I told it, it would not be a secret…But I can tell you that I can make some pretty decent pancakes in no time.
What’s your dream job?
I don’t have a certain “dream job”, in terms of a title. I get motivated by challenges and interesting tasks. So, my dream job would be one that is fun and brings the right challenges, in a professional, respectful and social environment.
How do you like to spend your free time?
I spend it with my family. I have two children who are two and three years old. So, they keep me busy!
What matters most to you?
My family for sure!
