Your mission:

  • lead project and work streams in the areas of Pulp and Paper operations within the team “Manufacturing Excellence”
  • identify and prioritise improvement levers across the Pulp and Paper value chain
  • provide technical and managerial content 
  • communicate project results to stakeholders effectively
  • act as a successful change agent to support transformation efforts within our production plants

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of professional experience with focus on operations management and/or operations consulting
  • University degree in a technical or economic discipline, MBA as well as LEAN and Six Sigma certificates are considered a plus
  • passion for operational excellence, continuous learning, critical thinking and good judgement 
  • operational experiences in process industries are a pre-requisite 
  • proven project management skills and structured approach, excellent communication and intercultural skills
  • experiences in statistical data analytics and data modelling considered a plus
  • fluent in English, German or other languages considered a plus
  • willingness to travel up to 60%

Ref. Austrian “Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz”: The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the “Papierverarbeitende Industrie” with a legal minimum wage of € 45,070.90 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
