Business Process Analyst Finance (f/m)

Your responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be reporting to the “BPO Finance Cross Kernel” and your responsibilities will include:

  • analysis, description and documentation of financial processes across the Mondi Group, with a primary focus on SAP-related processes
  • support of the harmonization, efficiency enhancement, standardization and automation of financial processes
  • support of Mondi group projects in the area of finance
  • research of international banking structures, such as IBAN components, national routing & clearing procedures, SWIFT/BIC formalities, etc.
  • communication with stakeholders across the Mondi Group
  • collaboration with internal departments and external partners
  • organizing and setup and execution of comprehensive testing activities and documentation thereof
  • supporting continuous quality assurance

Our requirements:

  • finance-processes know-how
  • SAP knowledge
  • technical affinity
  • computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel)


  • fluent in English


  • technical or economic university education


  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally gained in an international environment


  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • flexible
  • strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • willingness to understand business processes and dig into their details
  • high social competence and capable to communicate across cultures and with different stakeholders
