Communication Manager (f/m)

Marketing / Sales, Corrugated packaging (Fibre Packaging), Austria

Your responsibilities: 

  • developing communications and tactical execution plans for content publishing derived from a high-level content strategy
  • supporting marketing campaigns through an integrated communications approach
  • building and managing the Business Segment's social media and web presence – creating and coordinating content, driving traffic, managing systems and analysing performance
  • writing clear and compelling content in English and German, including: press releases, feature articles, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, internal news 
  • suggesting new ways to incorporate interactive, video, and social media platforms into regular internal and external communications vehicles
  • building relationships with key media, pitching stories and hosting media events in collaboration with our PR agency
  • using internal communication channels to share news and support internal initiatives
  • assisting the Marketing Manager and regional teams in the execution of special projects
  • collaborating sales, product and general management teams as well as cross Business Unit counterparts and Corporate Marketing


Our requirements

Languages: 

  • excellent command of English with a track record of producing editorial content in English
  • excellent command of German is a strong asset

Education: 

  • university degree with a specialisation in Communication/PR/Marketing or Journalism

Experience: 

  • at least 3 – 5 years of relevant professional experience in a communications or marketing communications department of an international company or in a PR/advertising company
  • B2B and international working experience is an asset

Other:
