Communication & Marketing Assistant (f/m)

Marketing / Sales, Austria

Your responsibilities:

  • providing general administrative support for the Group Communications & Marketing team to ensure the department runs smoothly and delivers on its objectives to the business (filing, ordering, invoicing etc.)
  • responsible for Marketing and Communications activities at Mondi’s Vienna corporate office (info screens, events, prints…)
  • preparing presentations, organisation of workshops and marketing meetings, departmental feedback survey, and coordination of marketing & communication plans
  • supporting the Group Head of Corporate Communication and Marketing Director in all administrative tasks (correspondence, travel and time management, processing of incoming emails)

Our requirements:

Excellent Microsoft-Office skills (Power Point, Excel etc.)

Languages:

Excellent command of English and German, any other language considered a plus

Education:

University degree in Business Administration, with specialisation in Marketing or Public Relations is an advantage

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working experience, ideally gained in the area of marketing in an international company or agency
