Consultant / Analyst Innovation Excellence (f/m)

Production / Operations, Corporate function, Austria

Your responsibilities:

  • design and implementation of group-wide Innovation Reporting, as well as its continuous improvement
  • supporting all Business Units in the development and implementation of standardized Innovation Analysis and Reporting routines, including conducting training on tools
  • delivering regular and timely consolidation of Innovation Reporting
  • providing expert knowledge and methodology to identify and prioritize improvement levers regarding Innovation Reporting
  • building up a strong collaboration with all Mondi stakeholders, especially Group Controlling and Business Unit controlling departments
  • fostering a common Innovation culture and mindset by continuously keeping in touch with the colleagues responsible for Business Unit Innovation

Our requirements:

  • excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP / BW skills obligatory
  • knowledge of and experience with Project Management tools


  • excellent command of English
  • German and other CEE languages considered as a plus


University degree in a technical or economic discipline


  • 3 years of appropriate work experience, ideally gained in a controlling or other analytical function
  • consulting background is advantageous


  • strong analytical skills and understanding of complex process connections and correlations
  • ability to interpret data and draw transferable conclusions and communicate conclusions to business
  • creating buy-in and commitment from stakeholders
  • additional consulting and finance skills considered as a plus
  • strong business acumen and structured approach
  • accurate, independent working style
  • strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel up to 20%
