Consultant Supply Chain Excellence (f/m)

Logistics / Transport, Group function, Austria

Your responsibilities:

  • supporting all business units in the development and implementation of their supply chain processes and tools to enhance top and bottom line results by implementing projects worldwide together with the local and / or central teams
  • developing supply chain strategies for different business lines
  • analysing and identifying processes and data as well as cost structures and customer potential
  • transfer of know-how as well as implementation of best practices, internal benchmarking / KPIs
  • giving coaching sessions during the implementation phase
  • optimisation of projects, deadlines and workflow
  • carrying out workshops and further trainings
  • mind-setting during change process, conducting training on tools as well as Key User support
  • effectively communicating project results to stakeholders
  • development of analysis / reporting tools, primarily in MS Excel

Our requirements:

  • SAP / ERP system skills
  • excellent Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel), basic VBA is advantageous

Languages:

  • fluent English, written and spoken
  • German and other languages considered a plus

Education:

  • university degree or comparable in a technical or economic discipline, preferably SCM or similar
  • formal education in SCM considered a plus

Experience:

  • at least 2 years of experience in supply chain management or closely related functions, including working capital management, forecasting / planning
  • consulting background is advantageous
  • practical working experience in an international environment

  • additional consulting and finance skills / expertise considered a plus
