HR Generalist (f/m)

In the Human Resources department, we mainly focus on HR consulting for our group functions and business segments in the Group office Vienna. For 2018, we highly focus on the digitalization of our HR tools and hence implement "Digital#HR".

Your Responsibilities: 

You will be reporting to the Team Lead HR Group office Vienna, and your responsibilities will include:

  • management of the employee relationship during the whole employee lifecycle from entry until exit
  • preparation of employment contracts and all contractual documents related to e.g. maternity/paternity/special leaves during an employee lifecycle
  • being the interface to the payroll for all contractual documents and to the employee for all questions related to our Digital#HR tool (e.g. Employee Core Data, Personal Development Review Process, Vacation Administration, etc.)
  • supporting the bonus calculation process in the Group office Vienna
  • arrangement and continuous improvement of the induction program, e.g. get on board events
  • being the interface to external providers to assist with international hiring, e.g. Relocation Service
  • support in special HR projects, e.g. Employee Survey
  • continuously updating and improving our intranet site “Group office Vienna”
  • continuous and pro-active improvement of workflows and tools
  • assisting in preparing ad hoc management reports and analyses
  • communicating with our internal and external stakeholders, mainly in English
  • working closely with various group functions and business segments
  • conducting exit interviews and being the interface to the payroll department
  • responsible for all administrative tasks, e.g. filing, documentation, etc.

Our Requirements:

  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • advanced labour law knowledge


  • excellent command of English and German (any other language is an asset)


  • university/FH degree in business administration with emphasis on Human Resources or equivalent field


  • 2 – 3 years of appropriate work experience (ideally gained in Human Resources or equivalent field)
  • first work experience in an international environment preferable


  • excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • willingness to go “the extra mile”, ability to work under pressure
  • structured and exact working style
  • positive and proactive approach
  • high service level among internal customers
  • likes working in an intercultural environment
  • creative, communicative, open-minded personality
