HR Manager (f/m)

In the Human Resources department, we mainly focus on HR consulting for our group functions and business segments in the Group office Vienna. For 2018, we highly focus on the digitalization of our HR tools and hence implement "Digital#HR".

Your Responsibilities: 

You will be reporting to the Team Lead HR Group office Vienna, and your responsibilities will include:

  • being a strong HR consultant for managers and employees concerning all HR topics in relation to the employee lifecycle
  • being the interface to the employees in your area of responsibility for all contractual documents, the employee benefits, and all questions related to our Digital#HR tool (e.g. Employee Core Data, Personal Development Review Process, Vacation Administration, etc.)
  • labour law and compensation consulting on all employment contracts and maternity/paternity/special leave issues  

International Recruiting:

  • driving all recruiting efforts including partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • participating in new hire selection processes for different levels and positions
  • coordinating screenings, pre-interviews and personal interviews
  • management of external recruiting agencies 
  • driving local employer branding activities (e.g. layout, realise and evaluate job fairs, university cooperation, print media, etc.)
  • taking care of employees and expatriates with international contractual set ups in alignment with the HR Mobility Team
  • training and development planning: support local & international talent management programs and internal placements
  • supporting the yearly bonus calculation process in the Group office Vienna
  • being the interface to external providers, e.g. Relocation Service and external payroll consultants
  • continuous and pro-active improvement of HR workflows and tools during the digitalization process
  • assisting and preparing ad hoc management reports and analysis

Our Requirements:

  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • advanced labour law knowledge

Languages: 

  • excellent command of English and German (any other language is an asset)

Education: 

  • university/FH degree in business administration with emphasis on Human Resources or equivalent field

Experience: 

  • 3 – 5 years’ appropriate work experience (ideally gained in Human Resources or equivalent field in an international environment)

Other: 

  • excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • willingness to go “the extra mile”, ability to work under time pressure
