Internship - Customer Service Operations & Back Office (f/m) – 3 months

Uncoated Fine Paper, Production / Operations, Austria

Your responsibilities:

  • order handling and managing transactional aspects of data
  • support and close operation with customer service agents
  • master data maintenance (customer data, materials and prices)
  • invoice handling and cash management
  • collecting information, running reports and compiling statistics
  • administrative support for the team

Our requirements:

Strong IT skills (must have: MS Office, nice to have: experiences with databases and SAP)

Languages:

Fluent English, any other languages would be an advantage

Education:

A-level diploma or equivalent or business education

Experience:

First working experience in an office environment

Other:
