Internship Procurement Excellence (f/m) - limited to one year

Group function, Procurement, Austria

Your Responsibilities: 

Working in the Procurement Excellence Team, you will be one of 4 people in a multicultural set-up. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • SAP supplier master data harmonization
  • data collection and analysis
  • communication with respective Business Units and plants
  • analysis of duplicities, harmonization and merging of supplier master data
  • testing of merging and upload / download of tools
  • execution of test scenarios, analysis of results and creation of test protocols
  • preparation of database for migration from SAP systems to a master system (SLC)
  • preparation of Quality center for plants
  • participation in full migration of supplier master data to SLC
  • active identification of potential risks and issues and looking for solutions
  • participation in brainstorming on technical and process solutions

Our Requirements:

  • MS Office: excellent MS Excel skills, Power Point, etc.
  • basic SAP and SLC knowledge is an advantage


  • fluency in English, German is an advantage


  • economic education (university or business school)


  • experience in big data management and project implementation is an advantage
