Junior Procurement Controller (f/m)

Group function, Procurement, Austria

Your Responsibilities: 

You will be reporting to the Head of Controlling & Market Intelligence, and your responsibilities will include:

  • developing and implementing controls to achieve business objectives
  • supporting the monthly closing and segment consolidation process on Corporate Office Vienna level
  • timely and accurate preparation and analysis on monthly & quarterly reports, annual budget and three outlooks
  • consequently monitoring and challenging the financial development against budget, deriving action plans and following up accordingly
  • creating, implementing and continuously updating and improving our regular reporting
  • continuous and pro-active improvement of workflows and tools
  • ad hoc management reporting and presentation, ad hoc projects
  • assisting in the periodical management reporting and budget planning process
  • communicating with our internal and external stakeholders, mainly in English
  • working closely with various corporate departments, business units and plants

Our Requirements:

  • excellent MS Office skills, above all in Excel
  • good financial and high analytical skills
  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Languages: 

  • excellent command of English and German

Education: 

  • university degree in business administration (or equivalent) with a specialisation in Finance or Procurement/Supply Chain Management

Experience: 

  • up to 2 years’ work experience in Finance/Controlling preferred but not required
  • first work experience in an international environment (e.g. internships) preferable
