Junior Procurement Coordinator (f/m) – limited to 6 months

Group function, Procurement, Austria

Your responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, and your responsibilities will include:

  • supporting Chief Procurement Officer in her daily work:
    • supporting meeting preparation and following up
    • timely and accurate preparation and analysis of management presentations
  • support in communication and marketing of procurement activities
  • supporting Procurement Academy organization
  • responsible for smaller projects (less than 6 months duration)
  • key internal stakeholders are Procurement Management Team and Personal Assistant of Chief Procurement Officer

Our requirements:

  • excellent MS Office skills, above all in Excel and Power Point
  • high analytical skills

Languages:

  • fluency in English and German, any other language is an advantage

Education:

  • degree in technical or business administration field

Experience:

  • first work experience (e.g. internships) in international environment preferable

Other:

  • able to work independently and to learn fast
