Junior Specialist Business Process Improvement (f/m)

Corrugated packaging (Fibre Packaging), Finance / Procurement, Austria

Your responsibilities:

Reporting directly to and supporting the Business Process Improvement Manager, the jobholder will, with different levels of responsibility, work on the following topics:

  • requirement analysis of the respective business models, processes and functions
  • designing business concepts of business processes and improvements thereof
  • creating detailed design documents for business processes and functionalities
  • creating project plans and schedules, including execution monitoring, resource planning and coordination
  • project controlling, including budget and forecasts
  • regular status reports of ongoing projects to be sent to the Business Process Improvement Manager and the respective Steering Committee according to projects organizations
  • performing and coordinating local project activities within the streams and local organizations according to project plans
  • test case design and implementation of testing procedures
  • reviewing the deliverables and ensuring that processes and systems designs meet requirements related to projects and business needs

Our requirements:

  • deep understanding of business processes in an industrial environment with focus on sales, but potentially also knowledge of business processes of logistics and production
  • excellent IT knowledge and high IT affinity, excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Languages:

  • excellent command of English is a requirement
  • additional languages such as German, Polish or Turkish are considered a plus

Education:

  • university degree in business, economic or technical specialisation, or comparable relevant work experience
  • project management certificates advantageous

Experience:

1 – 2 years of professional experience working as a project team member or even coordinator

Other:

  • strong entrepreneurial and project management skills
  • located in Corporate Office Vienna [might be modified depending on the candidate]
  • availability for regular business trips from 60% plus within Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Russia, Turkey
  • quick learning capability and strong team-player
  • strong communication skills, capability to communicate with people from different cultures and hierarchical levels
  • willingness to learn and grow in an international organization
  • driving license B required
