Mobility Specialist (f/m)

Group function, Human Resources / Legal, Austria

Your responsibilities: 

  • applying the Mondi Group International Expatriation Policy
  • continuously improving the further development of the expatriation process and mobility workflows and tools during the digitalization process
  • building a strong collaborative relationship with the expatriates, management teams, local HR colleagues and other relevant departments (Finance, Treasury) across Mondi around the assignment process
  • supporting the yearly bonus calculation process for all Mondi expatriates
  • coordinating external providers (taxation, payroll, insurance and relocation)
  • providing guidance and support throughout the complete assignment lifecycle to the relevant stakeholders
  • handling contractual and administrative tasks around international assignments in your area of responsibility
  • supporting HR/mobility projects e.g. Digital#HR tool
  • maintaining data bases

Our requirements:

  • analytical and conceptual skills, used to working in a corporate international environment
  • play an active role, work on solutions together with the business or international HR colleagues
  • affinity to work with numbers
  • excellent MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Languages: 

  • very good command of English and German (any other language is an asset)

Education: 

  • business education (University or FH Degree) with an emphasis on Human Resources Management and / or specific education in expatriation management, taxation or labour law

Experience: 

  • 2 – 3 years’ relevant work experience (ideally gained in an international environment)
  • experience in the field of Human Resources and expatriation management (background in tax and payroll is considered a plus)
