Procurement Analyst (f/m)

Your Responsibilities: 

You’re interested in numbers and data and you’re interested in Procurement? We’re looking for a Procurement Analyst for the Category Chemicals in our Procurement department. Working in a team of five, you will responsible for the following:

  • involvement in the preparation and providing of procurement strategies
  • evaluate vendors based on price, quality, availability, reliability and technical support
  • tracking and preparing Procurement reports (costs, claims, KPIs, performance, etc.)
  • support in the management of market-oriented  issues
  • SAP (extracting/analysing and creating reports)
  • data maintenance

With this position, you have the opportunity to grow into a managing role within the team.


Our Requirements:

  • know-how in SAP advantageous
  • high analytical skills
  • PowerPoint on good level
  • Excel on a very high level


Languages: 

  • fluent English skills are required, German advantageous


Education: 

  • economic or technical degree (e.g. business studies, technical university)


Experience: 

  • first years of relevant professional experience (e.g. internships) - this is not a must for me

Other: 

  • excellent logical and analytical skills
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • an ability to identify dependencies and interrelations
  • very good MS Office skills
