|Mondi plc (South African residents)||
South African rand
Mondi plc shareholders on the UK register wishing to elect to receive their dividends in an alternative currency should contact Link Asset Services using the details provided.
Mondi encourages shareholders to have their dividends paid directly into their bank accounts.
This means that the dividend will reach your bank accounts more securely and on the payment date without the inconvenience of depositing a cheque.
Mondi plc shareholders on the South African branch register may only set up a bank mandate if they have a South African bank account.
Those shareholders with a South African bank account wishing to set up a mandate should complete the Bank Mandate form which can be downloaded from our Shareholder Administration page for Mondi plc shareholders on the South African branch register.
Shareholders without a South African bank account may like to consider dematerialising their shares with a Central Securities Depository Participant (CSDP) in South Africa as they are often able to pay dividends into foreign banks.
By dematerialising your shares you will be surrendering your share certificate in order to hold your shares electronically. In South Africa, electronic shares are held by a CSDP such as Link Investor Services.
If you have any queries related to the payment of dividends or dematerialisation, please contact our transfer secretary (registrar), Link Market Services South Africa Proprietary Limited, using the contact details provided on our Shareholder Administration page for Mondi Limited shareholders or Mondi plc shareholders on the South African branch register.
Shareholders in the UK wishing to have their dividends paid directly into a bank or building society account can contact our registrar, Link Asset Services (Link), to obtain a Bank Mandate form or log on to Signal Shares.
