TwinBox is a concept that joins protective transport covers to shelf-ready trays using advanced adhesive technology. In this way, the benefits of a one-piece transport and shelf packaging system are brought to bear, with no perforation whatsoever. As a result, different materials and printings can always be used. Moreover, its design is also conceived for quick erection and filling. Our TwinBox series impresses owing to its wide range of optimisation and savings possibilities – from the packaging process to handling in the market.

  • Monitor only one, instead of two, material masters (ordering, security of supply, useless residual stock – e.g. only base or hood)

solves this space problem. Are you looking for a solution to use this option for non-self-supporting products like bags, tubes and pouches as well?

TwinBox Stacking is a clever upgrade. Here, part of the cover can simply be detached, while the remaining part of the top provides an invisible support surface that enables safe stacking.

TwinBox DualFace

 

You’d like to cover the different facing requirements of different markets with only one packing version? Regardless of whether a narrow or wider facing is envisaged for your placement, our DualFace version can be used flexibly.

Lid options

  • Plug-in flap (manual closure without tape)
  • Standard lid flaps (manual tape closure or bonding in an automated process)

Die TwinBox-Serie besticht so durch eine Reihe an Optimierungs- und Einsparungsmöglichkeiten - vom Abpackprozess bis zum Handling im Markt.

TwinBox-Stacking ist eine clevere Erweiterung. Hier kann ein Teil der Abdeckung einfach abgelöst werden, der verbleibende Teil des Tops bietet eine nicht sichtbare Auflagefläche, die sicheres Stapeln ermöglicht.

Sie möchten mit nur einer Packvariante unterschiedliche Facing-Vorgaben verschiedener Märkte abdecken? Egal ob ein schmales oder breiteres Facing für Ihre Platzierung vorgesehen ist, die DualFace-Variante ist flexibel einsetzbar.

Deckeloptionen:

  • Stecklasche (manuelles Verschließen ohne Klebeband)
  • Standard-Deckelklappen (manueller Klebebandverschluss oder Verklebung im automatisierten Prozess)
