Overview

Bag-in-Box films are used for the production of Bag-in-Box (BIB) outer and inner liners as they have excellent barrier properties and ensure delicate beverages (and also chemicals) are kept safe from oxygen and light. Mondi Bar Bag-in-Box films are made of EVOH barrier material, high performance polyolefins and additives.

Thanks to the light weight packaging, less energy and raw materials are used in production and transportation which results in reduced emissions and waste.

End consumers appreciate that with Bag in Box packs they can pour the content into a glass or another container and do not have to finish the entire package in one go, as the beverage remains sealed and fresh inside the bag.
