Overview

Air packers are specifically developed to fill granular or powdery products at high speed into valve bags. The filling good is mixed into a stream of air which ensures the product flows faster into the bag. This fluidisation ensures high filling productivity for even the finest of powders or granular goods.

Air packers are highly suitable for building materials such as tile adhesive, plaster and gypsum as well as for various chemical products.

For optimal filling the air packer is equipped with a sensitive weighing device: NATRO-ATO. This electronic microprocessor-based weighing and control unit is used for gravimetric batching. It comes with a 40 MHz 16 bit microprocessor and a 200 kHz 16 bit analogue / digital converter with highest accuracy.
