Your tasks:
- Management and execution of product development projects in packaging for consumer markets (e.g. process and converting technology, coating and functionalization of papers)
- Planning and execution of trials in laboratory, pilot and industrial scale
- Reporting and documentation of research projects to MD
- Foster collaboration between local and central R&D Teams in Business Segment Consumer Flexibles
- Co-operation with Mondi’s R&D teams across Business Segments
- Communication and co-operation with national and international research institutes and universities, customers and suppliers
Your profile:
- Technical engineering or natural sciences on university level with preference for packaging/paper/coating technology
- Some years of experience in packaging/paper/coating industry
- From working experience min. 5-8 years in business
- Willingness and excitement to foster collaboration and new ways of working
- Systematic and well-organized style of working
- Good networking and communication skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Further languages are seen as additional asset
- Travel readiness (mainly Europe)
