Your mission :
As Global Product Owner for Total Rewards, you will shape, improve and run the technology that supports compensation and variable pay across Mondi. You will work closely with the Total Rewards team and HR colleagues worldwide to make reward processes simpler, reliable and easier to use.
Your responsibilities :
Own the vision, roadmap, backlog and delivery plan for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay and related Employee Central capabilities.
Turn business needs into simple, scalable solutions, including configuration, data models, eligibility rules, salary reviews, bonus plans, pay ranges and job architecture.
Lead projects from planning and design through testing, launch, support and handover, keeping timelines, risks, decisions and budgets on track.
Support annual compensation and variable pay cycles, including plan preparation, eligibility checks, data uploads, statements, communications and post-cycle reporting.
Keep the Total Rewards technology landscape stable, secure and well documented, with clear controls, permissions, support processes and release management.
Work with other Product Owners, HR teams, IT and partners to manage integrations, analytics needs and dependencies across systems.
Engage global and local HR stakeholders through workshops, regular updates, implementation support and clear decision-making.
Improve global compensation processes, templates, guidance, data uploads, validation and communication materials.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and innovate, including relevant analytics, automation and AI-enabled HR capabilities.
Support related Total Rewards processes, such as benefits, company car data and global mobility compensation data, where they connect to SuccessFactors or reporting.
Our requirements :
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally including Compensation, Variable Pay, Employee Central, permissions, reporting, integrations and mass data uploads.
Good understanding of Total Rewards processes such as salary review, bonus plans, eligibility, pay ranges, job architecture and compensation data.
Experience delivering HR technology solutions in complex, global environments.
Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, vendor coordination, budget tracking and governance.
Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams and make decisions across organizational boundaries.
Clear communication, facilitation and prioritization skills, with confidence working with global and local stakeholders.
Understanding of security, data privacy, testing, release management, analytics governance and operational support.
Awareness of legal, Works Council and local compliance considerations in compensation and rewards processes.
Experience creating user guidance, training materials, process updates and documentation for HR technology users.
Exposure to SAP BTP, advanced integrations or AI-driven HR innovation, such as SAP Joule, is a plus.
Languages:
Excellent written and spoken English . Additional languages are welcome .
Education:
University degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Technology or a related field; comparable qualifications are also welcome.
Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications, ideally in Compensation, Variable Pay or Employee Central, are an advantage.
Experience:
At least five years of experience in HR processes, HR digitalization or HR technology roles.
Experience delivering SuccessFactors solutions in global environments and projects.
Other:
Willingness to travel as required.
Location: Vienna, Austria preferred ; other Mondi EU countries considered
