Financial Reporting Executive (Ataşehir/İstanbul- Tire/İzmir- İzmit)

YOUR MISSION

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across all business functions
• Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators to support management decision-making
• Coordinate and contribute to the timely and accurate completion of month-end, half-year, and year-end closing processes in collaboration with team
• Monitor actual costs against budgeted figures and perform detailed variance analysis, providing actionable insights.
• Identify key cost drivers and proactively implement cost control procedures and efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports, dashboards, and analyses for internal stakeholders, Board and Committee.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial controls.
• Support the preparation and reporting of full-set CMB (Capital Markets Board) financial statements and related disclosures on a quarterly basis.

YOUR PROFILE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in financial reporting, analysis, controlling, or accounting roles.
• Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is strongly preferred, alongside a solid understanding of IFRS reporting standards.
• Good knowledge of CMB regulations and reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and HFM(Hyperion) is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work with flexibility when required.
• Adaptable to change, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and development.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
