Your Mission:
- Create, capture, and develop accurate production plans.
- Operate computerized planning, scheduling, and reporting systems.
- Align production plans with customer requirements based on urgency.
- Collaborate with production and finishing departments to ensure clear communication of plans.
- Monitor and report on progress (actual vs. planned) to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain high-quality standards within production planning processes.
- Contribute to the development of procedures, work instructions, and training manuals.
- Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Number of Production Plan Changes
- Production Scheduling Adherence
- Deckle Efficiency
- Adhere to MD creation lead times.
- Ensure no raw material shortages resulting from order placement gaps.
Your profile:
- A diploma or a degree in Production Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management OR a related commercial discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production, demand, or supply planning role.
- Proven experience in scheduling and prioritizing within a manufacturing/production environment.
- Experience in pulp, paper, or packaging materials is advantageous.
- Experience in SAP master data management (packaging materials and finished goods).
- Knowledge of material planning and purchase order placement (advantageous).
- Understanding of safety stock calculations and reorder points (advantageous).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
