Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial presence and drive sustainable business growth.
This position is ideal for a senior commercial professional with strong relationship-building skills, strategic vision, and the ability to open new markets while consolidating long-term partnerships with customers.
You will play a key role in expanding our business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and ensuring sustainable and lasting commercial relationships in both national and international markets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Monitor and follow-up the annual target achievement of commercial KPIs and PDRs
- Develop sustainable commercial partnerships with key clients
- Manage and expand existing customer portfolios
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored commercial solutions
- Coordinate closely with Internal Sales and Cross-Functional Teams (Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, and Sustainability area)
- Represent the company in commercial meetings, customer visits, and industry events
- Monitor market trends, competition, and business opportunities
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiations, and follow-up activities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business continuity
- Report commercial activity, pipeline status, and market insights to management
- Travel regularly across national and international markets
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative, Area Sales Manager, or similar commercial role
- Organized, structured, and analytical skills focus on sales mindset
- Strong customer understanding and service orientation
- Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments is mandatory
- Strong business development and market-opening capability
- Commercially driven profile with strong negotiation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- Fluent English and Catalan required
- French is a plus
- Results-oriented
- Availability for frequent national and international travel
