This position is based in Vienna, Austria - requires regular office presence 3 days a week
Your mission
- Take end-to-end IT ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay and Compensation, including integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and future Payroll interfaces.
- Act as the technical lead for Compensation & Total Rewards solutions, working closely with HR COEs, IT, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solutions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable solutions across SuccessFactors and SAP BTP, ensuring seamless integration, data consistency, and performance.
- Drive innovation by leveraging SAP Joule’s AI capabilities responsibly to enhance HR processes, automation, and user experience.
- Contribute to the overall HR IT architecture, including BTP services, extensions, and integration patterns.
- Own and continuously optimize data models, integrations, and governance structures across HR systems.
- Ensure stable operations, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of the HR landscape
- Lead global initiatives and projects in HR digitalization, from concept to rollout and operations.
Your profile
- +5 years of experience in the field of HR processes and HR digitalization.
- University degree in business, economics, IT or degree from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry are an advantage – and we value individual biographies.
- Excellent communication skills on a professional level.
- Carefulness, accuracy and high service orientation as well as a reliable, solution-oriented and hands-on mentality.
- Teamplayer with a confident and open personality with the ability of leading project teams beyond hierarchies.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in:
- Compensation & Variable Pay
- Employee Central

We offer a compensation package starting at € 60.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week).
