Your mission:
- Develop, implement, and execute effective the Spare and Wear Parts (SWP) sourcing strategies with strong focus on sustainability and competitiveness.
- Manage and negotiate Mondi Group agreements for the SWP.
- Ensure contractual framework for cost-efficient and reliable supply of the goods/services.
- Manage effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
- Ensure the needs of stakeholders in terms of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), quality, service, innovation, and risk mitigation are met.
- Further development of Market Intelligence information and managing of budget initiatives.
Your profile:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the pulp & paper industry or similar industries is advantageous.
- An economic and/or technical education (University Degree or other technical education, e.g., HTL) is required.
- Fluency in English, including strong negotiation skills, is essential. German or other local language skills are desirable.
- Strong hands-on mentality, be self-driven, and possess a motivated personality.
- Conceptual and analytical skills, along with a communicative and open-minded personality, are necessary.
- The ability to deal with different cultures and discuss basic technical requirements with mills is important.
- Ready to travel worldwide to paper mills and suppliers (approximately 30%).
- Advanced computer/IT skills are required.
- Being a collaborative and supportive team player who can prioritize tasks is essential.
