YOUR MISSION:
- Ensure wider implementation of Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement approach in the factory and support the process owners and lead the dissemination of good practices,
- Implementation and follow-up the improvement projects coming from Global in the factory
- Identify and implement improvement projects specific to factory needs using KAIZEN, SMED Steps, 5S, etc. and monitore their impact on processes,
- Lead digital operational improvements projects,
- Find, develop and apply new opportunities to engage employees for continuous improvement,
- Analyze, evaluate and permanently solve internal and external customer problems using problem-solving techniques (8-D & RCA),
- Ensure KPIs related to overall plant performance and process efficiency are monitored and controlled; support KPI owners throughout the process
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments, preferably Industrial Engineering,
- Min. 5 years of experience in similar roles,
- Good command of English both writing and speaking,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel,
- Six Sigma certification (min. Yellow Belt) is a plus,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Strong communication skills and team player,
- Living or possible to live in Kocaeli.
