Your Mission:
- Process Support & Mapping:
Assist in documenting and analyzing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities with guidance from senior staff.
- Data Collection & Analysis:
Lead proactive efforts to assess root causes of performance gaps
Support the collection, organization, and reporting of key performance data related to improvement efforts
- Project Coordination:
Provide end-to-end project management for improvement initiatives. Define objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. Navigate conflict and mitigate bottlenecks to ensure successful execution.
- Continuous Improvement Activities:
Participate in Lean or Six Sigma workshops, process walks, and brainstorming sessions.
- Performance Monitoring:
Develop and implement dashboards and performance indicators to monitor and report progress against strategic and operational goals.
- Change Risk Management:
Evaluate risks associated with change programs, recommend mitigating actions, and oversee their implementation to ensure minimal disruption and sustainable results.
- Cross - Functional business engagement:
Lead change across various teams to optimize process efficiencies
Your profile:
- BTech / BSc in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical)
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in:
- Process improvement or operational support
- Basic project coordination or change initiatives
- Strong exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt) will be advantageous
- World Class Manufacturing experience will be advantageous
