Your Mission:

  • Identify and execute impactful projects across all departments, leveraging data analysis to align initiatives with plant business priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, deadlines and project requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive project management support, fostering collaboration among various departments to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Lead project teams.
  • Regularly communicate project progress updates to the local Executive Committee, process owners and the Regional Continuous Improvement Manager.
  • Facilitate a smooth handover phase for newly implemented processes, ensuring their long-term sustainability, and diligently monitor their performance post-implementation (audit for compliance).
  • Foster the development of the local organisation through CI training and workshops, encompassing methodologies such as SMED, PSM, 5S and cultivating a Continuous Improvement mindset. Equip all employees with a foundational knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools for daily application.
  • Generate and share Good Practices (GPS) not only within the plant but also throughout the entire organisation.
  • Function as a change agent to follow the management of change, challenging and influencing all levels of the organisation and anchoring the Continuous Improvement culture within its core.
  • Contribute to the promotion and advancement of existing standards, encompassing processes, templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, etc.
  • Onboard all new employees in the organisations, both in production and office-based roles, into the CI culture.

Your Profile:

  • A BSc Degree or higher in a related field such as engineering, statistics, or similar.
  • 2+ years of proven experience with lean methods, such as A3, 5S, Gemba, Kaizen OEE, PSM, etc.
  • Relevant professional experience in project management.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to efficiently interact with different cultures and organisational levels.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
  • Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented work style, collaborative in approach with a mentoring leadership style.
  • Very good command of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in the local language is required, and a good level of English is a must.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
