Business Segment: Group Communication
Location: Vienna or Weybridge
Your Mission:
Maintain and develop our internal digital channels (planetmondi and Viva Engage), collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
Expertly co-ordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless updates across internal platforms, and provide expert consultation on digital content, usability, and best practice.
Oversee and manage the creation, publication, and maintenance of content across our internal channels, meticulously ensuring accuracy, relevance, and delivering an exceptional user experience.
Support the maintenance of mondigroup.com and its microsites (including the German version).
Leverage data to inform continuous improvement of internal channels; enhancing effectiveness in achieving key strategic goals.
Remain at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, consistently enhancing and evolving the internal channel strategy.
Effectively manage external content contributors and agencies, while supporting internal content owners to maintain consistency, governance, and brand alignment.
Ensure all digital platforms adhere to accessibility standards, making them inclusive and accessible for diverse audiences.
Your Profile:
A supportive, collaborative and engaged team player who actively contributes to a positive, high-performing team culture while taking ownership of individual responsibilities and outcomes.
Expertise in digital analytics, UX, and content optimisation, with experience across both internal communication platforms and external websites (e.g. SharePoint Online, Viva Engage).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to tailor messaging for both external audiences and internal colleagues.
Strong project management skills, proficiently prioritising and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing highly successful omni-channel content and engagement strategies, showcasing your ability to captivate and engage audiences.
Passionate about staying up to date on the latest design, employee engagement, AI, and technology trends, consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
Strong understanding of digital governance, accessibility, and security standards, ensuring all platforms meet organisational and user expectations.
Native or near native fluency in English required.
German language skills are an additional asset.
University degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Communication or related field or equivalent relevant experience in communication, marketing and/or content creation.
Proven track record with over 5 years’ experience in successfully managing a range of digital channels - including websites and internal communication platforms.
Extensive experience utilising content management systems, intranets, and collaboration platforms, preferably with a focus on SharePoint Online, Viva Engage, or similar tools.
Willingness to travel
