Position summary:
The HRIS Project Leader is tasked with developing the technology necessary for creating efficient and automated HR People Operations. This comprises building up Mondi’s SAP SuccessFactors (SF) by integrating new and critical modules and establishing automated interfaces for seamless data flow to and from Payroll, benefits, Time & Attendance, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the enhancement of Mondi’s HRIS SAP SF by implementing key modules such as onboarding, E-personnel file, compensation & benefits, Data Quality Tool, and self-service.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Implementation Leader to integrate technologies with vendors, including interfaces, input tools, and vendor platforms.
- Oversee the execution of other interfaces like Time & Attendance and benefits.
- Develop robust reporting solutions for Payroll, People Operations, and SAP SuccessFactors, such as Payroll Data Warehouse.
- Work closely with the implementation leaders for Payroll, People Operations, and IT to ensure timely delivery and implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, status updates, blueprints, process documentation, and training materials.
- Serve as the escalation point for business and vendor leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is required, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical or power user of HRIS SAP SF, including end-to-end implementation.
- Deep understanding of People Operations, HRIS, and payroll processes is essential.
- Proficiency in English is required, along with strong project management skills and a proven track record of successfully managing HRIS projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, as well as strong communication skills, are crucial.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is necessary.
