Your mission:
- Strategic Customer Management: Manage and grow relationships with regional and international key accounts in Scandinavia, across diverse industries.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new key account opportunities in the Nordic region, aiming to grow volumes, margins, and long-term partnerships.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute customer account strategies that align with our commercial goals and deliver added value to our customers.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for tenders, frame contracts, and long-term supply agreements in close cooperation with the regional management team.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure successful implementation of customer agreements by working closely with product innovation, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Collaborate with technical and innovation teams to develop packaging solutions that meet customer expectations and support sustainability goals.
- Customer Engagement: Partner with Marketing & Communications to support targeted campaigns, customer events, and continuous improvement programs.
- Sales Excellence: Track and monitor performance indicators across accounts, ensuring delivery on volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Your profile:
- Experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Background in packaging or industrial manufacturing.
- Proven success in building and managing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex contract negotiations.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) are a strong advantage.
- Effective communicator with strong influencing and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial and structured with a hands-on mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively (>50%) across the Nordic region and beyond.
